What would it take to reincarnate the East River lost ecosystem?

In these art and ecology workshops children were invited to take a closer look to the East river and reimagine the hidden streams that run beneath our feet in Brooklyn .Not technically a river but a “salt water tidal strait” the East River was home to a diversity of wildlife including fish, oysters and whales.
